Dell has just announced the Vostro V131, a thin, sleek, powerful new laptop that should fit in perfectly with the award-winning Vostro lineup that Dell currently has. The V131, having the lightest and thinnest design in the Vostro lineup, is designed specifically for small business customers.
The ultra-thin, ultra-stylish chassis houses either a powerful Intel Core i3 or i5 processor, making it perfectly equipped to maximize business productivity. In addition to that, this device has a removable 6-cell battery which, along with second generation Intel Sandy Bridge processors, will allow you to experience up to 9.5 hours of battery life, which is also perfect for traveling businessmen or small business owners.
According to Vice President of the Consumer & SMB Product Group for Dell Sam Burd, “We designed the Vostro V131 to deliver fast, uninterrupted multitasking for today’s business challenges. The result is a feature-rich laptop for mobile professionals who want full performance to support their technology demands without sacrificing design and portability. In addition, the V131 offers services and software solutions that improve productivity and data security.”
The V131 understands the challenges of connectivity for small business owners who are constantly on the go. In response to that need, this device offers a wide variety of options including WWAN, WiMax & LTE (United States only), WLAN and Bluetooth 3.0. In addition to that, the standard fingerprint reader and Absolute LoJack security software provide exceptional security for any situation.
The Vostro V131 is designed to be perfect for everyday office operations like document editing, presentations and email and also provides exceptional collaboration options that include a full 1080p HD camera, SRS Premium Voice Pro, digital array mics and built-in Skype. But that’s not all! This device also offers two USB 3.0 ports, a chiclet keyboard with backlight options and quick launch keys.
Specs include a 13.3-inch 1366 x 768 LED screen, USB 3.0, 6-cell battery, Intel Core i5 processor 2GB of memory and 320GB SATA hard drive, all for $599. However, you can get one that has the i3 processor, a 4-cell battery and a smaller hard drive for $499.

First off I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear
your mind before writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
