Kingston technologies unveiled their new Hyper-X 2GB memory module for netbooks using the Intel Atom processor. Part number KHX4200S2LL/2G is a 2 gigabyte memory module with latencies of 3-3-3-8. The module is based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components.

Kingston created the KHX4200S2LL/2G module with Asus Eee, MSI Wind and Gigabyte UMPC netbook models.
